wan wan, one one, 1 - 1

2nd leg of this internal match ends at a stale-mate, 1-1.
Simon scoring yet again for team blue, while Cheeky Chan equalised it for team Red.

But who cares? We played at Jalan Besar. How many social football teams get to play there? madness.
On the behalf of this humble club, i would like to say a BIG thank you to the "Tan" family, especially Uncle Eddie, Father of Tany and Sean. He was the one who got the field for us. Thanks

Everyone had fun yes? lovely.

And bAs, i hope this was a enjoyable and good testimonial match for you. I mean, Jalan Besar mate, can't ask for more. You WILL be greatly missed by Saturday Soccer Club and Kum Yan Methodist Church and the "dark side".

And as for next week, break from soccer, and down to Sentosa baby! It's Big Hooha! and it would be nice for us to go down to support the church. And it's probably the last time you'll see bAs's sexy body for quite some time. So who's with me? who's with me!

Match at Jalan Besar Stadium & BIG HOOHA

GUYS PLEASE TAKE NOTE, MATCH IS STILL ON. Sorry for the constant change in venue. But this is CONFIRMED, Saturday 23rd June, Jalan Besar Stadium, be there 10am.

Date : 23rd June
Venue : Jalan Besar Stadium
Reporting Time : 10am

This is also a Testimonial Match for one of our fore-fathers, Sebastian Soh aka bAs. He would be leaving sunny Singapore for sunnier Australia. He started this little club alongside pui-eh, for your information. And I'm sure all of you would like to play with or against dear brother bAs one more time before he leaves.

BIG HOOHA!
wondering whats that?
First things first, if you're in this club, you should know that this club was started and well supported by Kum Yan Cantonese Methodist Church, located at No.1 Queen street.
If you didn't know, now you know.
so BIG HOOHA! is an event kum yan methodist church (youth connection) is organising.
It is on the 30th June at Sentosa, there will be lots of fun and games (we could play beach soccer after the event too)
I, as the captain, strongly encourage you guys to come down and participate in this event. The church has done so much for this club (providing female support, players, people who started this club, God's blessings), time for us to do something for the church. So guys, lets go down and show our support aye? I would need to know how many of you guys are coming, need to tell the she-boss. THANKS GUYS.

Have a blessed week ahead boys and girls.

match report

The rise of the Red Team.

And here you have, the Red Team, defeating the Blue team 3-1. Simon returns from the land down below (Australia) with a BIG BANG, scoring 2 goals for the Red Team, and Spider-Ling Jia Hao-Man scoring a beauty half volley provided by Simon.
Chén scores for le blues (forgot how he did it). But the Blue Team still fell into the hands of the rising Red Team.

We welcome back guest player TURBOOOO JAMES, and goal scorer SIMON THE DIAMOND. Great to have you back boys, looking forward to playing alongside you guys once more.

Oh and SSC man of the match goes to...
Simon Lim from the Red Team. Scoring 2 goals and having one assist, making countless runs with his blistering speed, earns Simon Lim this week's Man-Of-the Match. Keep it up mate.

And big thanks to the ladies who were present at the field, thanks for all the support and photo-taking and for making SSC look less homo i guess :\
THANKS
